1. Terms & Conditions
• If the requested room(s) is available, our reservation officer will send you an invoice for a deposit through PayPal where you will be
required to arrange the payment with international credit card or Thai debit card. Your reservation will be reconfirmed after the payment is done.
• Samed Villa accommodation and room facilities are strictly reserved for paying guests confirmed on the register only.
Any visitors wishing to use our accommodation and room facilities are required to inform reception and will be charged accordingly.
Samed Villa reserves the right to impose a fine chargeable to the respective room for each unregistered guest[s].
• Check-in time: 14:00 o'clock
• Check-out time: 12:00 o'clock
• No pets are allowed
• Cooking in our resort area is prohibited.
• Late check-out will be charged ฿ 200 per hour. Check-out after 17:00 will be charged of 100% room rate.
• Incomplete reservations will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be 'Non refundable' according to:
• In case of 'NO SHOW'
• Failure to change your reservation 4 days prior to your arrival date. Note that postponed arrival date cannot be cancelled and cannot be changed
further.
• Failure to cancel your room reservation 7 days prior to your arrival date.
• In Peak season (19.12.2020 - 21.02.2021 & 20.12.2019 - 16.02.2020 ), failure to change or cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date.
• Your deposit will be refundable if you obey our cancellation policy written above. We will refund your deposit less 15% of work and bank transfer fees.
