Our Standard Family Hotel rooms are located in a 2-story building, approximately 50 meters from the beach. Each room has a King size bed and 2 single beds, comfortable for family and friends of 4 people. Each room has a bathroom with fully equipped amenities. The corridor on 2nd floor is designed for our guests to socialize among each other and share their experiences. *Breakfast Included

Extra
• For additional person per night incl. breakfast buffet 750 Baht. Infants or children under 4 years are free of charge when sleep with parents. A Baby cot 200 Baht per night.
• Surcharge for weekend stay (Fri. & Sat.) 300 Baht per night. If your reservation is for 7 or more nights, there will be no weekend surcharge. Busy period surcharge (Thai & International holidays) 400 Baht per night will always be charged.
• We kindly inform you that we do not take booking for 1 night stay on Saturday. Walk-in only. For long weekend booking, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

• If the requested room(s) is available, our reservation officer will send you an invoice for a deposit through PayPal where you will be required to arrange the payment with international credit card or Thai debit card. Your reservation will be reconfirmed after the payment is done.
• Samed Villa accommodation and room facilities are strictly reserved for paying guests confirmed on the register only. Any visitors wishing to use our accommodation and room facilities are required to inform reception and will be charged accordingly. Samed Villa reserves the right to impose a fine chargeable to the respective room for each unregistered guest[s].
• Check-in time: 15:00
• Check-out time: 12:00
• Late check-out will be charged 200 Baht per hour. Check-out after 17:00 will be charged of 100% room rate.
• All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
• No pets are allowed
• Cooking in our resort area is prohibited.
• Incomplete reservations will not be accepted.
- Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be ‘Non refundable’ according to:
• In case of ‘NO-SHOW’
• Failure to change or cancel your room reservation 7 days prior to your arrival date.
• Failure to change or cancel your room reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date during our peak season from 19.12.25-3.1.26.
• The postponed arrival date cannot be changed or cancelled further.
Refund Policy
• The final amount will be charged 6% plus operating fee of THB 100 in case the deposit was paid by a credit card or PayPal.
• Transfer fee of THB 100 will be charged for a Thai bank and THB 400 for international banks.
